Beginner friendly
Perfect for those lacking confidence with exercise or looking for somewhere to start.
Come join us for a week of fun and get off of your screen and into the ring - but be quick, we are limited to 14 places!
Sessions are donation based with a minimum donation (but not compulsory) of £45 for the week.
